Standard Delivery

Standard delivery generally starts from $50–$99 and includes delivery to the front door or garage only.

This service does not include:
* Stair deliveries
* Backyard access, if not trolley accessible
* Inside placement or room setup

For apartments and multi-level buildings, delivery is strictly to the verge, lobby, or designated loading zone only unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery Timeframes

* Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days
* Estimated delivery timeframe is usually 3–5 business days depending on stock availability and delivery scheduling

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Redelivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
* Customer unavailable at delivery time
* Incorrect address or contact details
* Restricted, unsafe, or inaccessible entry

A redelivery fee starting from $50 may apply.

* Click & Collect is available from our Rivervale warehouse
* Please allow up to 1 business day notice in some cases for order preparation and transfer

🔄 Returns & Change of Mind Policy

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval and the conditions below.

To be eligible for return:

* Packaging/boxes must remain unopened
* Furniture must be unassembled
* Proof of purchase is required

* Original delivery charges are non-refundable, if it is Change of Mind Return
* If collection/pick-up is required from the customer’s address, additional transport or pick-up charges apply
* Payment processing and bank charges are non-refundable and may vary between 2%–8% depending on the payment provider and payment method used
