Change of Mind Returns
Perth Furniture & Fun may accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.
To Be Eligible For Return
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must remain unopened, undamaged and suitable for resale.
- Furniture must not be assembled.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Change of Mind Returns Not Accepted For
- Assembled furniture.
- Used products.
- Products that have been unboxed or are not in original packaging.
- Clearance, floor stock or display items (unless required by law).
- Custom-made, made-to-order or special-order products.
- Health, hygiene or bedding related products where applicable.
Return Costs
For approved change-of-mind returns:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Collection, transport or freight charges may apply.
- Return transport costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers, including Buy Now Pay Later providers, credit card providers and payment gateways, may not be recoverable by Perth Furniture & Fun. Where permitted by law and applicable to the circumstances of the return, Perth Furniture & Fun reserves the right to deduct any unrecoverable third-party payment processing fees from approved change-of-mind refunds.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect all products upon delivery and notify Perth Furniture & Fun as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Photographs and supporting information may be requested to assist with assessment.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is not as described, is unsafe, or does not meet consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
Perth Furniture & Fun provides delivery services across the Perth metropolitan area, generally covering locations from Two Rocks to Halls Head/Mandurah region, with delivery extending east towards Northam.
For freight costs, delivery availability, regional delivery enquiries or special access requirements, please contact our store prior to placing an order.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery generally starts from $50–$99 and includes delivery to:
- Front Door
- Garage
Standard delivery does not include:
- Stair deliveries
- Backyard access where trolley access is unavailable
- Inside placement or room setup
- Furniture assembly
- Removal of packaging or old furniture
For apartments and multi-level buildings, delivery is generally to:
- Lobby
- Reception Area
- Ground Floor Access Point
- Loading Zone
Unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days.
- Estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, freight delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Redelivery
A redelivery fee starting from $50 may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
- Incorrect address or contact details provided.
- Unsafe access conditions.
- Restricted or inaccessible site access.
- Customer requested rescheduling.
Access Requirements
Customers must ensure:
- Clear and safe access to the delivery location.
- Adequate space for delivery and manoeuvring furniture.
- Pets are secured during delivery.
- Access paths are free from hazards and obstructions.
If delivery cannot be completed safely, Perth Furniture & Fun reserves the right to refuse delivery and arrange redelivery at the customer’s expense.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our nominated warehouse location.
- Please allow up to 1 business day for order preparation and transfer where required.
- Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection.
- Photo identification and proof of purchase may be required at collection.
Important Notice
Perth Furniture & Fun primarily services the Perth Metropolitan Area and approved delivery regions.
Customers selecting Click & Collect acknowledge that collection must occur from our nominated warehouse location in Western Australia.
Orders placed from outside our service area, or where collection arrangements cannot reasonably be completed, may be cancelled at Perth Furniture & Fun’s discretion and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
