Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, dimensions, colours and images are accurate. Colours may vary due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements are approximate.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Ownership of Goods

Goods remain the property of Perth Furniture & Fun until paid in full.

Lay-By Terms

  • Minimum deposit: 20%.
  • Maximum lay-by term: 8 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
  • Regular payments are required.
  • Lay-bys are interest free.
  • Customer cancellations may incur a 10% termination fee.
  • Goods remain the property of Perth Furniture & Fun until paid in full.

Commercial Use

Unless stated otherwise, products are intended for normal residential use only. Commercial use may void warranty coverage.


2. Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

Perth Furniture & Fun provides delivery services across the Perth metropolitan area, generally covering locations from Two Rocks to Halls Head/Mandurah, with delivery extending east towards Northam.

For freight costs, delivery availability, or regional delivery enquiries, please contact our store before placing an order.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery generally starts from $50–$99 and includes delivery to the front door or garage only.

Standard delivery does not include:

  • Stair deliveries
  • Backyard access where trolley access is unavailable
  • Inside placement or room setup
  • Assembly services

For apartments and multi-level buildings, delivery is generally to the verge, lobby, reception area, ground floor or designated loading zone only unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, stock delays, supplier delays, public holidays, weather events or unforeseen circumstances.

Redelivery

A redelivery fee starting from $50 may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Restricted, unsafe or inaccessible entry
  • Customer-requested rescheduling

Access & Safety Requirements

Customers must ensure:

  • Clear, safe and unobstructed access
  • Pets are secured during delivery
  • Suitable parking or loading access is available where required

Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect is available from our warehouse location.
  • Please allow up to 1 business day notice in some cases for order preparation and transfer.
  • Customers will be contacted once the order is ready for collection.
  • Identification and order confirmation may be requested at collection.

Customers selecting Click & Collect must collect the order personally or arrange collection through an authorised representative. Orders placed from outside our service area may be cancelled where delivery or collection arrangements cannot reasonably be completed.


3. Returns & Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

Perth Furniture & Fun may accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Packaging/boxes must remain unopened.
  • Furniture must be unassembled.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Change of Mind Returns Not Accepted For

  • Used products
  • Assembled furniture
  • Unboxed or opened products
  • Clearance items unless required by law
  • Custom orders or special orders
  • Mattresses, bedding or hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

Return Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, original delivery charges are non-refundable. Collection, pick-up, transport or return freight charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be recoverable by Perth Furniture & Fun.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect items upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Photos may be requested to assist with assessment.


4. Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage

Perth Furniture & Fun provides warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pilling, fading, shrinkage or stretching
  • Pet damage, stains, spills or water damage
  • Misuse, negligence or accidental damage
  • Commercial use unless specifically agreed in writing
  • Sunlight or heat damage
  • Damage caused by cleaning chemicals
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Commercial Use Exclusion

Furniture sold by Perth Furniture & Fun is intended for residential use unless otherwise stated. Commercial use, rental use, childcare centres, schools, community facilities, accommodation providers or hospitality venues may void warranty coverage.

Child Safety & Egg Chair Warning

Hanging chairs, egg chairs and similar products are designed for normal residential seating use only. They are not intended for standing, excessive swinging, commercial use, childcare facilities or unsupervised child use. Misuse may result in injury and may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us and provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the defect
