Perth Furniture & Fun provides warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified:
- Frame & Springs: 1 Year
- Upholstery: 1 Year
- Cushions & Padding: 1 Year
- Leather & Fabric: 1 Year
Some products may carry different warranty periods as specified by the manufacturer or product description.
What Is Covered
Warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Structural frame faults
- Spring failures
- Faulty stitching
- Manufacturing material defects
What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Pilling
- Fading
- Shrinkage
- Stretching of leather or fabric
- Pet damage
- Stains and spills
- Commercial use
- Improper assembly
- Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
- Exposure to excessive sunlight or heat
- Damage caused by cleaning chemicals or improper maintenance
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
Commercial Use Exclusion
Furniture sold by Perth Furniture & Fun is intended for residential use unless otherwise specified.
Commercial use, rental use, childcare centres, schools, community facilities, accommodation providers, hospitality venues, or similar environments may void warranty coverage.
