Do you offer delivery and installation services?
We are one of the leading outdoor furniture retailers in Perth offering delivery and installation services for an extra cost only within the Perth Metro Suburbs area as requested by customers.
Can I customize my furniture?
Currently, we don't provide the option to customise furniture orders.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept Change of Mind or Return on any of our products if it is unboxed, assembled or used. Similarly, we will not accept change of mind for health, safety, or health/safety baby-related products because we have a legal duty of the Health and Safety of the customers using our products and we are not allowed to sell products that have been opened/handled/used, etc. We only accept a change of mind within 7 days after the item is delivered.
For damage issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer a buy now pay later option in partnership with Afterpay. You pay the furniture price in 4 simple interest-free installments with each installment every 2 weeks. You will need a functional debit or credit card and have to be a resident of Australia. That’s it.
