What are the dimensions of your beds and mattresses?
We are not selling mattresses. You can get beds in 2 sizes only: King Size Bed 183X203 cm & Queen Size Bed: 153 x 203 cm
Do you offer custom-sized beds and mattresses?
No, we currently do not offer custom-sized beds.
Do you offer delivery and installation services?
We offer delivery and installation services for an extra cost only within the Perth Metro Suburbs area as requested by customers.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept Change of Mind or Return on any of our products if it is unboxed, assembled or used. Similarly, we will not accept change of mind for health, safety, or health/safety baby-related products because we have a legal duty of the Health and Safety of the customers using our products and we are not allowed to sell products that have been opened/handled/used, etc. We only accept a change of mind within 7 days after the item is delivered.
For damage issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What are your store hours?
Our store is open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 4 PM on Mondays to Saturdays while on Sundays we are open from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Can I test out your beds and mattresses in your showroom?
Yes, definitely. You can test our beds and mattresses in our store. Our assistants will provide all the necessary help you need.
Can you return a mattress if you don’t like it?
We accept mattress returns within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. The product must be unused, unboxed and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, used mattresses cannot be returned. Please get in touch with our Perth support team before returning your mattress
Can you return a mattress once opened?
Unfortunately, once a mattress is opened or used, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is to maintain health and safety standards for all customers. Always check firmness and size details before purchase to ensure it suits your needs.
